The features of the holiday home are as under:
. The hotel is located in front of the sea at Marine Drive Road with Birla Guest House at its right. . Two rooms each at Ground and 1st Floor are Sea Viewing . Ground Floor: – Verandah on one side and long lobby on the other side of the rooms. . 400 sq. ft. area of each room . no distance from the Sea Beach. . Color TV in all the rooms. . Marble flooring in all the rooms of our Holiday Home. . Tiled Walls in one of the rooms . Seperate Drawing and Dining area withing the rooms . Attached Bath in all the rooms. . Kitchen facility in both the rooms with all utencils provided . Arrangement of Sight Seeing by 9 seater/4 seater vehicles can be done on request by the Hotel.
1st Floor : – Two rooms with Sea Facing Verandahs, rest facilities same as Ground Floor.
Tariff:
The tariff of each room for Indian Nationals is Rs.450/– per day for ground floor rooms and two rooms at Ground Floor @ 500/- and Rs.550/- for 1st Floor Rooms. Refundable Caution Money – Rs.100/- per room.
